Driver was driving the bus too slow that it was 2 - 2.5 hrs late. The AC vents should be changed because the cold air was still coming after closing it. Seats can be more comfortable if the AC pipe is removed. Else pillow and bedsheet were dirty and smelly and the corridor of bus was also not clean.

When I arrived at pickup point then I called and they said booked bus is cancelled and your pickup location and time are changed. Also, during travelling time the bus failed. It took too much time to repair. I will never book a ticket of this bus again.
