Change my seat without asking me

One of the worst bus journeys I had ever experienced, although it was premium, the bus was scheduled to arrive at my boarding point at 10:15 PM but arrived at 11:30 PM, a delay of 1 hour and 15 minutes, similarly, the scheduled arrival time at the destination was 6:45 AM, but we reached at 8:00 AM, apart from the delays, the facilities were extremely disappointing, no blankets or water bottles were provided, one of the AC vents could not be manually closed, and due to the absence of a blanket, I suffered from excessive cold throughout the journey, the actual seats were completely different from what was shown during booking, which was misleading, poor passenger comfort and a complete lack of basic amenities, despite paying for the journey, even basic comfort and facilities were missing, it was a terrifying, uncomfortable, and exhausting overnight journey, the operator seriously needed to improve its service quality, punctuality, and passenger facilities.

Everything was good with staff behaviour. Need to have a comforter in the cabin with changing season and use spray to remove the smell of gutkha, ganesh or tobacco.

Bus was late and suddenly stopped midway.

Bus was 1.5 hours late. It coverd the time though but still we reached 40 mins late at our destination.

Superbbb.

Very dirty uncomfortable bus.

Stupid trip, I did not travel at all because the driver brought the bus from some other route and did not inform me. I am at their boarding point since 6 pm yesterday, neither was I picked up nor was my money refunded fraud.

Staff behaviour is very rude. Not on time.
