Don't know where to drop, just take passengers without knowing where they want to drop. Very poor.

Your service was very poor because my pickup point was ISBT, but I was not picked up from there and was called from 20 kms away from ISBT. This was not right.

Bus was not on time at boarding. I skipped my dinner to reach on time. But the bus started at least half an hour late. Pillow, bedsheet and blanket were not clean enough to use.

Didn’t come on time. Dropped at a very far location. Was 3 hours late.

Agra bus change very bad experience.

Sleeper size very small, not fitting properly.

Please don’t call the driver because he will always pick up the call and tell you that the bus is delayed but in reality it is not. Also, there was very rude behaviour from the staff. I did not board the bus because the driver told me it was, but it was not, and he left me. Also, confessing their mistake, the bus was at 6:30 pm. I called him at 6:19 pm and was told that the delay was of 1 hour, but the bus left the boarding place at 6:40 pm. Very worst experience.
