Ac not working, seat not comfortable ,time punctuality is missing, worst service ever.

Train didn’t show up. Nobody picked calls.

I did not travel they you guys are not refunding not even taking my issue seriously, because your dumb website wrong board time i missed my bus now not even taking my refund request seriously.

For the last two years, I have observed that passengers book tickets by paying the advertised fare for a specific bus, but at the last moment, the bus is changed. Instead of the booked bus, passengers are made to travel in a local bus. Even the reserved seats are converted into local seating, and local passengers are allowed to board, causing inconvenience and compromising the comfort and safety of booked passengers. Another serious concern is the behavior of the bus conductor. He speaks rudely and uses abusive language with passengers, which is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Passengers pay for a particular service and deserve the bus, seating arrangements, respectful treatment, and safety promised at the time of booking. Such repeated experiences create a lack of trust in the company. I request the management to investigate these issues immediately, take strict action against the responsible staff, and ensure that passengers receive the service they have paid for. Based on these repeated experiences, I would advise other passengers to think carefully before booking with Devraj Travels, especially when passenger safety and service quality are concerns. I hope the management takes this complaint seriously and makes the necessary improvements. Regards, I am complaining to consumer court with proof because I have paid XXXX and service XXX Rs local bus.

my booking confirmed single sleeper but bus operators give me sharing sleeper not good service no blanket no pillow

Staff behaviour so rude.

Water bottle not provide.
