It was 1.5 hours late, I had to go by another bus, and the driver was continuously lying, saying coming in 5 minutes and all.

I recently travelled from Delhi to Dehradun, and I must say that the overall experience was excellent. The service was really good, and the journey was very comfortable and relaxing. The bus was well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and helpful. I truly appreciate the quality of service provided. It made my journey smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to others and look forward to travelling with them again.

Extremely disappointing travel experience. The armrest of my seat was broken, and the passenger seat in front of me was reclined to its maximum position and was not returning to its normal upright position. As I am 6 feet tall, this severely restricted my legroom, leaving my legs cramped and making the entire journey extremely uncomfortable. These are basic facilities that every passenger should be entitled to, especially after paying for a ticket. The condition of the seats clearly reflects poor maintenance and a lack of quality checks.

I would give zero rating. The bus was 5hrs late. Driver stopped the bus for 4hr for EV recharge. Diverged the bus route. Worst experience ever.
