Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The service was very bad; the bus operator dropped me off before reaching Ajmer specifically at Kishangarh forcing me to hire a private vehicle to complete the journey.

The bus came at 12:15 midnight. That bus was not from the operator, it was from another operator. When I asked that I had booked a specific bus, I was not satisfied with punctuality and seat comfort. The only good thing was that the bus reached Ajmer at the correct time.
