Absolutely the worst bus travel experience I have ever had. The staff showed extremely poor behaviour and were completely irresponsible. They left us behind even before the scheduled departure time, without giving us a fair chance to board. Leaving passengers stranded before the actual departure time is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism and basic responsibility. The staff were unhelpful, and the overall experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Passengers pay for a service and deserve basic courtesy, proper communication, and respect for the scheduled timings. I would never recommend this service to anyone. The worst service and staff behaviour I have ever experienced. Avoid this operator if you value your time and peace of mind.

At last minute just before arrival of bus they have changed my boarding point which is 4 km away from my current boarding point. I spent extra 300rs for local transportation in completely new place. Also live tracking was not working at that time.
