Delayed by more than an hour and a half. Pick up point was updated wrong. Communication from vehicle was bad and the staff were not aware of the boarding stops.

The bus was delayed by four hours reaching the destination. The cab driver who picked us from the pick-up point was rude, and the cab was filled with ten people including the driver along with their huge luggage, which made the journey suffocating and terrible as we could not even sit properly.

Bus did not stop at the designated Koyambedu bus stand because of rain and asked me to come to another point about XXXXX away. This was difficult for me. So I could not board the bus and had to make alternate arrangements to travel to my destination.
