Very very worst and I didn't see these types of worst buses in my life. Full of bad smell and rainy water coming inside the whole bus. My luggages and I can't lay on my seat, and around 13 hrs taken to reach Karur. As per their schedule, 8 hrs to reach. Please don't book this bus and I request, don't add these types of buses on your website. I need a refund for this trip cost, otherwise will book police case on this bus company. In between, they turn off the tracking details. My mother travelled by this bus. Kind request, don't book this bus further.

Very worst experience I had, while traveling from Chennai to Karur, travels did not follow the punctuality on arrival as well as departure, no one picked up the call while boarding, we had waited at the Madhavaram boarding for more than 2 hours, no one informed about the arrival of bus and live tracking worked, if you wanted a smooth and peaceful ride, do not book this bus, we had traveled on Saturday, think before booking this bus, because on Saturday they were late by 2 hours in arrival as well as reaching the destination, imagine if it was a Friday, in Chennai city traffic your travel would be ruined by these travels, we could not get back the time we lost during the travel, as we all were reaching the hometown to spend the holidays with our family and friends for hardly two days, these travels ruined everything, I suggested that they should change the name, which suited them perfectly, the travel I had in this bus was like travelling in ordinary travels.

Driving, staff behavior and live tracking were perfect but we want to replace the new bus. Due to the rain, rainwater is seeping inside in many places, causing the seats to get completely soaked.
