For the first time we booked this bus but very worst experience for us. There is no response from management and staff side.

The condition of the bus was very bad, there was so much jolting and noise. The berth, pillow and blanket were bad smelling. Only one driver and no attendant. We were doing all loading and unloading of luggage. Also, we reached Ooty after sixteen and a half hours by twelve noon. Really a bad experience.

Still I am on the way to Coonoor. One of the worst travel services I have ever seen. Because of this delay, I missed the toy train journey. Supposed to reach Coonoor at around 0645, it is 0900 and I am still travelling. Another two hours to reach Coonoor. I might have booked some other travel agency services. I am travelling with family, and the schedule has completely been upset because of this. I am completely unhappy.

Very worst service. Passenger should not book your bus next time. Did not pick up the call at all. Arrived late at the boarding point and dropped at Saveetha Dental stop instead of Kumananchavadi. Driver said the app was wrongly showing the bus stop. Dropped a lady and two child passengers somewhere else instead of the booked stop. Passenger please should not book this bus. Very worst service. Worst maintenance in bus.
