The journey was really great, and everything was excellent. I just have one small request from a customer's point of view. It would be really helpful if you could provide a rest stop at reasonable intervals during long journeys. I boarded the bus at 7:00 pm, but it did not stop anywhere for almost 8 hours, and the first stop was around 3:00 am. As a woman, I found this a little uncomfortable, especially because I was unable to use the washroom for such a long time, which caused me physical discomfort and stomach pain. Although I had food and water with me, not having a stop to use the washroom was quite difficult. I'm not sure if other passengers have faced the same issue, but I would kindly request you to consider this feedback from a customer's perspective and arrange regular rest stops during long journeys. Apart from this one concern, everything else was perfect. Thank you for providing such a good travel experience.

We booked sleeper seats just to get a wink of sleep, but I did not get that because in my seat which is XXXX the window started to make noise when the bus was stopped and when the engine was running. It completely ruined my little time of sleep. When I think about how I paid nearly XXXXX for this seat, which is utterly a waste of money for me, it is a little disappointing. I would never book a ticket on this service.

Pickup was on time, but they dropped me 2.5 hrs late to the dropping time. Once after boarding, within few kms they stopped for a rest stop, after which till late morning they haven't stopped for restroom. When we repeatedly asked, they stopped. Totally a hectic travel.

Bus never came on time. while I am traveling from Mayiladuthurai to valliyur also the same bus came late by 1 hour. yesterday also it came late by 20 minutes. we having small kids and yesterday was raining. we asked the driver whether it will come late. If we call to the driver to know about the status he is not picking the call . GPS tracking not worked properly. Driver not answerable. Staffs are not friendly.

Bus came very late, and they didn’t even drop us at the proper bus stop. They dropped everyone at some other place. Staff behavior was also very bad. Very poor service and a disappointing experience.
