1 star – extremely poor cleanliness. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. When I entered my cabin, there was already gutka and tobacco scattered inside. This was disgusting and unhygienic, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. A bus cabin should be properly cleaned and inspected before a passenger boards. This experience was very disappointing, and the hygiene standards need serious improvement. I would not recommend this service unless cleanliness is taken seriously.
