Worst experience. Inside the bus, rain water was coming in. Bus inside had some unwanted sounds coming. It was a terrible sound. I can't sleep because of the sound.

Universal Travels provided very poor service. The AC and charging ports were not working, blankets were missing, and the staff behaved rudely. I was dropped off 20 km away from my destination. One of the worst bus operators. Kindly avoid travelling with them.

Worst experience, changing the bus at the last minute, driver character is very very bad, changed the berth from single to double. Overall worst experience, next time we will not book the ticket, and the same will be informed to all my circle and the bulk corporate bookings.

Travelled from Velankanni to Hosur. The bus shown in app looked good, but the actual bus provided was completely different and very old. Cabin had heavy noise, could not sleep the whole journey. No curtains provided. Seats were dirty and bus maintenance was very poor. Especially if kids are sleeping alone there is no safety; each sleeper seat has 2 rods. Not recommended for family travel.

It reached Karaikal 90 minutes late. There is no space to keep your bags if you take seat.

Most of the AC vents were without control. Cleanliness was worst. Please don't promote these kinds of travels.
