Had booked a single sleeper but suddenly two hours before the journey started got a call from your Betul office that the coach had broken down and they wanted me to adjust and travel in a shared 2 by 2 sleeper in some alternate bus. The seat was too uncomfortable and was not sufficiently wide to accommodate two persons. The entire journey was very cumbersome. Never expected such service. Felt like cheated by the company. Paid the highest fare and got such a disappointing service.

Dropped 0.5 km away from dropping point, that too early in the morning. Raises safety concerns. Seats cannot accommodate 6 feet tall person.
