Extremely Poor Experience – Not Recommended at All One of the worst bus experiences I have ever had. No cleanliness at all. The bus was poorly maintained. Very uncomfortable seats — absolutely no seating comfort. The bus was 1 hour and 20 minutes late, which was extremely frustrating. The behavior of the driver and staff was extremely bad and unprofessional. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing. If you have other options, I would suggest choosing Eagle, Patel, or Sudama. They may not be perfect, but they are much better than this bus. Honestly, if you are too happy and want to become extremely sad and angry, then go ahead and book this bus. Extremely poor service. I absolutely do not recommend this bus to anyone.

Bus was a very third-class app for bus ticket booking. My bus was late for 1 hour 30 minutes but no one informed about this issue. No live tracking for every bus. Don't use this application. Use government app for ticket booking, get cheaper tickets and also get live tracking for all buses.
