Worst Travel Experience – Rude Staff and Poor Passenger Service The staff behaviour was extremely poor and rude, with absolutely no courtesy towards passengers. Since it was early morning and there was no traffic, I requested the driver to stop a little before my preferred stop. I regularly travel with other operators, such as Krish, SRL, and Intercity, whose staff are very polite and accommodating to passengers' requests. Unfortunately, the staff of this travel service were not at all passenger-friendly. Moreover, the luggage kept in the cabin was handled roughly, showing a lack of care for passengers' belongings. The seats were also uncomfortable and caused body pain throughout the journey. The only positive aspect was the bus's exterior appearance. Despite its good looks, the overall service, staff behaviour, and passenger comfort were extremely disappointing. This was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had.

Bus was supposed to reach at 7.20 am, but it looks like it will only reach by 12 pm. Is there no value for the customer’s time? It is a five-hour delay. Perform repairs before the journey starts, not during the trip. This caused such an inconvenience and a very bad experience.
