When I booked seat no 3, how did I get seat no 2 in the sheet and in the normal text? I had no other option than settling in seat no 2.

The journey was comfortable overall. However, due to heavy rain yesterday, water continuously leaked onto Seat No. 10 (last upper berth single seat). As a result, both the pillow and bed became partially wet, and I could not get proper sleep throughout the night.

It was an ok'ish journey. Staff were good. But the seat wasn't comfortable. It felt congested. Also, the bus felt a bit shaky and I didn't get enough sleep. I was on the first bed #1. It would be great if you can have some rail beside the face for an added grab at night, plus a pillow for whoever needs it. The current integrated pillow isn't that comfortable.

Horrible driving and bus also brake fail in the middle of the journey. Facilities also not good.

Very bad experience. Bus maintenance is very poor. In halfway, the bus broke down. Had to wait for 2 hours to shift to another bus. Management has to check everything before the journey. Still haven't reached.
