Terrible experience. The live tracking was completely inaccurate, and the bus operator never answered my calls. I waited at the boarding point for nearly 2 hours, yet the bus left without boarding me, claiming that my name was not on the booking chart. To make matters worse, no proper boarding details were provided for verification. This is by far the worst bus booking experience I have ever had. If the app allowed a 0-star rating, that would be my rating.

Never opt for this bus. First of all, it came late to the boarding point and on top of that, the pillows and blankets were too dirty. It was stinking as if they had not been cleaned for ages. Apart from this, they did not even provide a water bottle upon boarding, which again is very basic. After paying so much.
