No plug point in seat, only data cable, but my cable is two side C-type cable, so how to connect. Don't use cable type charger. Live tracking showed 1:00 AM boarding time in Dharapuram, but the bus came on time, so check the tracking.

Very immature responsibility from the operator. Vehicle was not reported on time. Vehicle number did not match. They changed vehicle without any information.

I booked a bus for 2 members. I carry a small cardboard of 24 inch TV. I placed the TV in my berth; I had a ticket for U7 and U8. I was ready to pay extra for that TV but the bus driver had no bill for luggage and 24 inch TV; they charged me Rs XXX. In case my single ticket cost is Rs XXXXX. The driver urged me to pay Rs XXX for his own. Team, why do you not have a separate bill ticket for extra luggage? In case I bring a trolley, you won't charge me extra luggage and it will be placed on the dickey. Kindly please issue me a bill of Rs XXX for extra luggage.
