I am writing to formally complain about the incorrect dropping-point information provided for my recent bus journey from Kannur to Aluva. At the time of booking, I selected Aluva Railway Station as the dropping point based on the options displayed in your app. I relied on this information while making my travel arrangements and expected the bus to drop me at the selected destination. However, upon reaching Aluva, the driver informed me that the bus would stop only at Aluva Metro Station and would not proceed to Aluva Railway Station. This information was neither clearly communicated during the booking process nor provided before the journey. Since I was travelling with luggage and had specifically planned to reach Aluva Railway Station, I had no practical alternative but to book an Uber from Aluva Metro Station to Aluva Railway Station. As a result, I incurred an additional expense of approximately XXXXX, along with considerable inconvenience, delay, and loss of time. This expense was caused directly by the discrepancy between the dropping-point information displayed in the app and the actual stopping point of the bus. Customers should receive accurate and complete information regarding routes and dropping points before confirming their bookings. Please acknowledge this complaint and confirm the process at the earliest. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
