Everything was excellent – the staff were helpful and the seats were very comfortable. My only concern is that I was unable to track the bus accurately. Please improve the tracking system for better real-time updates. Thank you

The conductor was drunk, behaved badly. The bus was late, also there is no arrangement to keep luggage. Very bad experience.

The bus has some small fans but they don't work. There is no leg space at all. The mobile charging port is not working either.

Staff behaviour was not good. Some people were smoking inside the bus, and the leg space was very limited, making the journey uncomfortable.
