first of all which information you provided to Traveller. Those were wrong. Bus has been break down on the way. Your service provider can not provide as per commitment. Service was highly false & unhappy with you & service.

They charge for AC but there is no AC in bus. No toilet in bus. No cleaning inside bus.

AC not working, mobile charging points not working, no cleaning inside, toilet not usable, scrap items put inside the toilet, totally waste of fare charges paid.

• Booking for AC, but the AC is not working. • Cabin curtain not available for seat no. D. • The bus does not drop at the final destination (before 60 km). • The same bus did not come (the other vendor's bus came). • I am disappointed over the overall journey.

The pick up location in the map did not match the original pickup location. Due to this I almost missed the bus. Bus and staff were fine, the issue was with the app. As a frequent user of MMT I really am disappointed.
