The bus was good and comfortable overall, but there are a few areas that need improvement. Firstly, there should be a proper door separating the sleeping cabin from the driver’s cabin. This would help maintain proper AC airflow and reduce the noise and constant honking from the driver’s cabin, which can disturb passengers while they are sleeping. Secondly, during rest stops, the bus conductor should ensure that all passengers have boarded before the bus departs. Passenger safety and convenience should be a priority, and no one should be left behind. Instead of scolding passengers who are slightly late, the staff should handle such situations professionally and show some flexibility. Overall, the bus service is good, but improving cabin insulation and staff behaviour would make the journey much more comfortable and professional.
