The overall ride quality was good. Seats and linen over them were clean. Overall a good ride from Hyderabad to Goa. Only drawback, if we are nitpicking, will be the rest stop washrooms could be cleaner and we reached Mapusa at 11 AM when the scheduled time was 10.30 AM. Overall, I will definitely recommend this ride for Goa. They will give you the metro tickets too from any station to reach the bus boarding point in Miyapur. But metro can be hectic in the evening, especially with the crowd and luggage.

1. The bus did not come to the pickup point. They sent some random person on a bike and the bus was almost 10 kilometres away. 2. The staff woke me up in the middle of the night to ask for a bottle of coca cola I was carrying. They removed the curtain and woke me up. 3. Customer service representative did not give any resolution for the above two when raised.
