At my stop they didn't stop the bus even though I was standing with my luggage at the door. They still went on, because of which I had to suffer and my 3-4 hours were wasted.

Worst bus service ever. Looks like travelling in Haryana Roadways. Shut this travel company as soon as possible. Please don't travel with this bus and travel company.

Some other bus was available for the journey. Shah bus was not there with terrible seats and bus condition.

Absolutely the worst bus travel experience I had ever had. I traveled from Delhi to Jammu in the sleeper bus, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was very rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. They had no proper way of talking to passengers and behaved as if they were doing us a favor. Customer service was practically non-existent. The journey was uncomfortable, and the staff's attitude made the experience even worse. For the amount of money charged, I expected at least basic courtesy, proper service, and professional behavior but unfortunately none of that was provided. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone traveling from Delhi to Jammu, so think twice before booking as there was very poor service, rude staff, and a completely disappointing experience.
