Absolute nightmare. My ticket was confirmed, but they denied me my seat anyway. The staff is unprofessional, disrespectful, and lied about the situation. Terrible service—avoid at all costs!

Staff behaviour is very bad. I booked tickets for Chhindwara but they dropped me in Seoni and forced me to sit in another bus. Other passengers also suffered from the same situation. Bus conductor forced me to sit on another seat instead of the seat I booked. He shouted at passenger.
