As per timing, morning bus should reach at 5.50 AM. But bus reached at 7.20 AM. This much delay was not at all acceptable. Otherwise, change the reaching time to 7.20 AM in the booking platform, so that people will select the bus accordingly. Do not give fake promises about time.

Bus was delayed by 1.5 hrs. I booked this bus so that I reach by 7 am and I had a meeting to attend by 8.30 am, but the bus got delayed and reached koyembedu only by 8.30 am. It was said that on time guarantee.
