Bus nice time to time bus driving so nice.

Charger socket lights are not working. Totally bad experience.

Good trip.

I booked a double-seater window seat, and the other seat was unbooked. However, the driver allowed another passenger who was drunk to board the bus and sit next to me. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe throughout the journey. The driver should have considered passenger safety before allowing someone in that condition to board. This was completely unacceptable and ruined my travel experience. Please take this matter seriously and ensure such incidents don't happen again.

Bus is very old with no grip or rods on the side. Very uncomfortable journey.

Worst bus I have ever booked. Did not stop at my pre-booked place and had to face hassle.

Extremely disappointing experience with  from Udupi to Bangalore. I am a regular customer, and this was my sixth time travelling with them this year, but the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. My originally booked bus was cancelled at the last moment, and their office staff informed me that I would have to travel to Moodbidri in the same bus and then switch to another bus. However, there was no proper communication or coordination regarding these alternative arrangements. I was asked to be at the boarding point by 8:10 PM, but there was no bus even by 8:20 PM. When I followed up, the office staff had no clear information and kept giving me different contacts, asking me to coordinate directly with the connecting bus driver. When I contacted him, he spoke rudely and said that my seat was already occupied, as the office staff had not informed him about the change. The alternative bus was not even at the communicated boarding point. I had to make numerous calls to four or five people just to get basic information about my journey. The only person who handled the situation sensibly was the driver of the second bus from Moodbidri, who was reasonable in his approach. The rest of the experience reflected a complete lack of communication, coordination, and accountability. As a woman travelling at night, being left confused, waiting without proper updates, and having to coordinate everything myself was extremely stressful and uncomfortable. I was simply asking for accurate information, yet I was treated rudely as though the inconvenience was my fault. If  arranges an alternative bus, it is their responsibility to communicate the changes clearly to the customer and the connecting bus operator, not leave passengers to figure everything out themselves. A bus cancellation may be unavoidable, but poor communication, irresponsible handling, and a lack of basic courtesy are not. As a regular customer travelling with Reshma for the sixth time, I never expected such an experience. I hope the management takes this complaint seriously and improves its customer service, coordination, and accountability so that no other passenger, especially a woman travelling at night, has to go through this.

It was too much delayed. Bus reached by 9:30, it was supposed to reach by 7:00. Even the starting was delayed. Driver refused to drop at the preferred dropping point.
