I traveled from Kundapura to Bengaluru yesterday with Reshma Travels. I faced a major issue with luggage handling. Even though the luggage box (storage compartment) was available, they asked me to place my trolley bag in the footwear space under the berth. When the bag didn't fit there, instead of moving it to the bottom luggage box, they had me keep it right on my berth. Because of this, I couldn't sit comfortably or sleep throughout the entire journey.

Driver stopped at random place bus stand and allowed people to board the bus without ticket. That was too risky; any of those persons may steal bags, mobiles, etc. How to trust those guys? Please take action next time.

I booked a double-seater window seat, and the other seat was unbooked. However, the driver allowed another passenger who was drunk to board the bus and sit next to me. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe throughout the journey. The driver should have considered passenger safety before allowing someone in that condition to board. This was completely unacceptable and ruined my travel experience. Please take this matter seriously and ensure such incidents don't happen again.
