Bus service is not satisfying, sleeper bed is actually 1 is divided by 2, uncomfortable. Nothing is supplied, bed sheet, pillow, nothing. Extra passengers were permitted to enter the bus without booking ticket. It is my first bad experience travelling from Darbhanga to Malda. Bad bad.

Seat that was allotted to me was damaged, and at the back the emergency gate was not properly fixed from where warm air was coming. Very, very bad disappointed journey I have ever had. And I will post this bad, bad, bad journey to my x account and on LinkedIn.
