Staff behaviour is very rude. Also, there were some insects in the seat which caused itching. No proper cleaning and did not drop as per the given location. Very terrible. Do not travel with them.

Overall seating, staff behaviour, AC, cleanliness and driving was good. There was no toilet on the bus though they mentioned it in amenity. Dropping location was bit far on the bridge instead of Char Rasta.
