The bus condition was worse, seats and curtains were dirty, AC stopped working midway, and the staff response to that was very rude. The rest stop was also a roadside unhygienic restaurant with limited availability. The bus was overly crowded and other passengers were sleeping on the pathways.

I am really disappointed by the bus quality and AC was not working the whole journey. Water leakage from AC vent was continuously coming and we could not sleep the entire journey. Staff and driver did not cooperate at all.

We had booked 6 1 seats, from which 1 seat's AC was broken and there was no way to stop the air, which was very disturbing during the whole trip.
