Couldn't use ladies washroom in the entire journey. In the first rest stop, all the doors of the washrooms were broken and people were peeping through their windows to see women using the washroom. In the second rest stop, there was no washroom at all. The ladies were relieving themselves in the dark at the roadside, which is extremely unsafe. Need immediate intervention from the higher authority.

Worst experience ever. Absolute fraud regarding amenities. I booked this bus expecting a safe and comfortable journey, but completely failed. • False Promises: Several amenities listed on the app did not exist. • Failed Amenities: The basic amenities provided were broken and non-functional. Even after raising a formal complaint, has completely ignored the issue and failed to resolve it. Customers pay money to ensure safe and reliable travel, but you have shown zero accountability. I will never use again, and I will actively recommend that my family, friends, and colleagues avoid booking through entirely. Fix your service and refund my money.
