I was a solo female traveler, and when I went to the ladies’ toilet at midnight, one of the staff members waited outside, keeping a safe distance to ensure my safety. This small but thoughtful gesture truly touched my heart. I am genuinely thankful and grateful to all the Pradhan Bus staff who were on duty that day for making me feel safe and comfortable throughout my journey. I would be happy to travel again in the future.

Not value for money. Sitting arrangement is bad as the bus does not have adequate space to keep the legs. Did not reach at the right time. Overall experience is bad, needs a lot of improvement.

The buses are very cramped. If you are even 5.9 tall, then it's not for you. The driving is also concerning. They did a lot of corner cuts.
