Your pickup service was extremely disappointing, especially the driver's behaviour. My scheduled pickup time was 5:40 AM, but your team reached Kandivali at 4:50 AM and called me saying they would reach my pickup location in 10 minutes. I was informed only 15 minutes before they arrived, despite the scheduled pickup being at 5:40 AM. There was also confusion regarding the pickup location. The driver crossed Virvani without stopping, which caused problems with the Uber auto I had booked. Due to this poor coordination, I was almost about to miss my bus. To make matters worse, the driver was shouting at me for being late and did not even help with my luggage. If your vehicle reaches Kandivali almost an hour before the scheduled pickup time, how can you expect me to be ready at such short notice? Is it my fault that your team arrived early without informing me in advance? This kind of service and behaviour is completely unacceptable. I expect you to take this complaint seriously and address the driver's behaviour and the lack of proper coordination. Passengers deserve professional service, clear communication, and respect for their time.
