The driver was not punctual at all. They took XXXX hrs to reach Bengaluru instead of XXXX hrs. They were stopping at unknown stops. Not satisfied at all with the travel experience. They are showing casual approach for their passengers. The seat that I booked was already used and the person didn’t clean it properly and just asked us to use it. Not expected this at all.

The bus facility is ok but the staff behaviour is not good. They are giving enough time to get fresh when they stop. One of the passengers was left behind in Bal Dhaba. He came by the next bus of Naveen Travel. Their behaviour is full of attitude.

I think washroom stoppage needs two or three stops at night after 12.00 am to 4.00 am. Other service all good.

There was no light, AC was not working, even bedsheet was too dirty. According to time mentioned, 2 hrs late. Service boys were aggressive behaviour.
