Pick up time 30 minutes delay. No pre instructions has given by the bus operator for late. Over speed but reached late. Can't track the location.

Especially staff behaviour is good and they inform each passenger about their destination point.

Very poor timing.

Mobile charger not work bus inside.

Worst bus quality and no timing.

Unresponsive customer service: emergency hotlines going dead or unanswered during a crisis.

Actual pickup time is 12,but bus came at 1.30.

This is the worst trip in my lifetime, not safe for women, no screen, no bed sheet, and staff behavior was also worst.

This is one of the worst bus travels I have ever had in my life. Condition of the bus is too bad for the ticket price and cleanliness. So please take action on this kind of buses.

The bus scheduled at 9:45 pm arrived one and a half hours late at Edapally. The bus broke down near Angamaly at 12:30 pm and all the passengers were stranded waiting for backup for two hours as the bus was in bad condition and the reverse gear was not working. No backup arrived. No explanation from the parent travel company. Finally, the bus managed to start and we arrived three hours late at the destination.
