There was absolutely no cleanliness in this bus. The seats were filthy, the floor was covered in trash, and there was a terrible odor inside. To make things worse, during the entire journey from Patna to Ranchi, the bus did not stop even once at a washroom or food point. Traveling in such unhygienic conditions without a single break was a nightmare. Total waste of money, never booking again.

For half of the trip, the AC wasn’t even working, so we were suffocating. They had only turned on the fan.

Via Nashik route was time consuming because due to via Nashik bus delayed near about 1.5 hours and then started heavy traffic from Thane so bus would be late almost 2.5 hours.
