The bus was late but they had already informed us before. Overall journey was good. Rest stops were hygienic. Journey was smooth. Bus was very clean and had all the necessities. Driving was also smooth.

The bus was good but they did not give us vehicle details, like vehicle number or its photo, or the exact boarding location where we can stand before.

Extremely disappointing experience. The bus was almost 10 hours late, which was completely unacceptable, especially after paying a high fare for the journey. On top of that, my actual drop point was Mira Road Kashmiri, but I was told to get down at Borivali instead. My father was already waiting for me at Mira Road Kashmiri, so this created a major inconvenience. Because of your poor service, I had to spend an additional XXXXX on a cab just to reach home. If you are charging passengers this much, at least provide the basic service that was promised—on-time arrival and drop at the confirmed destination. This was a terrible and frustrating experience, and I will definitely think twice before booking again. Very poor service. I would not recommend this bus service based on my experience.

Bus arrival time 6:40. Bus arrived at 9:00 pm and reached very late. Live track not working. Driver calls are not being picked.

I booked Manish travels bus 9600S Multi Axle but the bus changed to PVS 9600S biaxle. This is fraud. they didn't inform me also I was standing for bording the bus when I saw the message. i could have missed the bus. Redbus chested me. please offer me full refund. thank you Jerome 9506589988

Bus changed at the last moment, time changed, and bus reached 2 hours late after the changed bus time, delayed to reach home by 5 hours.
