The driver was fully drunk and we asked to stop for a break, and he told us that he would stop after 1 hour. This was a minus point, and he next was driving very rashly that even an adult can fall down due to that rash driving.

Very bad experience. The bus was not clean, and the sleeper berths were unhygienic. There was no proper privacy in the sleeper, and the bus was delayed as well. The overall maintenance and cleanliness were very poor. Not worth the money. I would not recommend this bus to anyone.

Charging slots not working. Don't have proper blanket also. They show other travelers but that is not the right bus that came. Overall experience worst.

Worst experience ever had, hope the travels company knows about it, the driver smokes in the bus, also let's the strangers who is drunk to board the bus, the cleaner doesn't the seat no.'s of the bus wakes up in the middle of the night and argues that isn't your seat which I've a proof that is mine, basic sense the people are travelling and they should at least know how to behave.

No proper maintenance. Staff behaviour not good. Bus is very dirty. No comfort in journey.

I have never seen this type of bus. There are no proper windows and curtains, it is not hygienic, and there is no live tracking. It was the worst experience.
