The bus was delayed by more than an hour from its scheduled departure time, and although the delay was informed beforehand, that does not make it acceptable. We book buses for specific timings for a reason, and such a significant delay defeats the purpose of choosing a particular schedule. A delay of over an hour is highly inconvenient and reflects poor time management. This is really disappointing and not the kind of service passengers should have to expect.

bus got delayed and drop was by 8.30 but it's 10.30 now and still we haven't reached destination still 50kms away showing due to this all out plans will be changed
