Hey my bus got broke down on 10 th October 2026 between Miyana and Badarwas suddenly staff and driver told that bus would not be able to go ahead. Just saw the options around I had demanded my refund. But still this was the 3rd case I was facing on Guna Gwalior route. Please replace buses as soon as possible. They were scrap.

Very bad experience. The bus was delayed by more than 4 hours on the journey to Lucknow. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and respect for passengers' valuable time. No passenger should have to suffer such inconvenience due to poor time management. The company should take responsibility, provide proper updates, and ensure punctual service. Highly disappointing experience.

Very bad travels no clean bathrooms and no water and no stop for staff for 11:10 and stop for 01:55 for Prince Dhaba and woke up every passenger.
