Worst travel experience. No call reply from the driver end. Two hours delay travel.

1. U4 is one very uncomfortable seat to climb in and out of. The owners must try it once in this particular bus. 2. Sudden brakes and driving without slowing down at barricades is another put off. 3. No drinking water is provided.

Punctuality must be maintained. Pick up was late by half an hour. Drop instead of 6:30 was after 8:45. Because of this, I was unable to be on time at office. Kindly look into this.

Bus pick up time was preponed but bus reached destination 1 hour late. Please improve this in future as we have linked activity based on reaching time that gets delayed. Rest all was good.
