The bus did not take me directly to the dropping point, it stopped me in the middle. I waited for 2 hours for another bus. My dropping time is 2:30 PM but I will be reaching by 7:00 PM. JJ Yatra travels is terrible.

They made us get down and change bus in Chennai to a normal seater bus without any prior intimation, totally unacceptable and we are still on the way to Pondicherry more than 4 hours late.
