Missed pickup despite 4 calls from my side. And further called me 2 stops ahead which cost me half of the ticket fare to catch the bus. Very irresponsible, won't recommend.

They changed the seat at Aurangabad. I booked a middle seat bus, but they gave me the last row seat. Such a terrible experience. Don't book this bus and customer care support is so useless.

Engine made too much sound like loaded truck. I feel that my journey was in a truck cabin. After driver and passenger partition door closed, then also this big sound was observed.
