Holycross transports Karur

Extremely poor service and shocking staff behavior. While a delay of 30–60 minutes was understandable, arriving nearly 3 hours late (reached Madurai at 10:00 AM instead of 7:15 AM) is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the driver was blatantly rude. When I asked for a quick restroom stop at 8:00 AM, he arrogantly asked what I had been doing all night. Staff with this kind of attitude should not be operating long-distance passenger services. Highly disappointed, will not travel with this operator again.

We have not reached yet, still they are driving very slow.

Delay by 90 minutes. If there is a delay then a rest stop must be added for urinal at least.

Single driver has been driving from Nagercoil to Chennai.

Old bus.

Bedsheet provided was dirty and smelly, the stop mentioned in app is something else and they have stopped the bus somewhere else. Behaviour is very rude.

1 hr bus stood in selam for filling the seats.

Very very badly treated. Bus very dirty.

Bus is old ,Body noise and suspension noise is disturb to sleep.

Reach time 2.5 hrs late, rest stop not hygienic
