Small request for toilet in the bus is very better. But for long travel, having a toilet available is better.

The cleanliness of the bus was not adequate, and the seat was not clean or properly maintained, making the journey uncomfortable. The overall travel experience was disappointing. The operator should improve cleanliness, ensure seats are properly cleaned before every trip, and check the battery condition before the start of the journey. Due to a battery issue, the AC was not working. Total disappointment due to higher price and cleanliness issues.
