worst Experience, no timing at aall talking too time during journey 19 hours pune to nagpur

Not stopped in location which was selected while booking the ticket.

The bus was in very poor condition. The seats were not clean, the charging sockets were not working, and there was no proper AC facility. Basic passenger comfort and cleanliness were completely neglected. I am extremely disappointed with the service. The overall journey was uncomfortable and not worth the money. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Please improve your bus maintenance and passenger facilities.

Bus was very very very late and slow as well. Driver did not show any urgency to reach on time. team, please ask them to fix this issue.

Avoid This Operator, Third-Class Service This was one of the worst bus journeys I have ever had. The operator seems to care about nothing except squeezing out extra money, and passenger comfort and safety come last. Excess cargo in a passenger bus: Luggage and parcels that should have gone by truck were loaded into the bus purely for extra cash. It cut into passenger space and luggage room, and it is unsafe and unprofessional. A passenger bus is not a goods carrier. Rude, abusive staff: The driver and cleaner were rude to passengers. Worse, they abused each other loudly in foul language throughout the trip, with families, women and children sitting right there. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable for everyone on board. No knowledge of the route: The crew had no idea about the dropping points. A couple of passengers were dropped at the wrong place, which was unacceptable for people who paid for a confirmed drop. A professional crew should know its route. Constant delays: They kept picking up local passengers along the way, which delayed the whole journey. Those of us who booked in advance and planned around the arrival time paid the price. My verdict: I would never recommend this bus, especially if you are travelling with family. The behavior of the staff alone makes it unsafe and unpleasant. Request to  service provider: Please investigate this complaint seriously. I request that you inform the operator and take strict action against the driver and cleaner. If this behavior is not corrected, the operator should be suspended from the platform. Passengers trust  service provider ratings and listings, and operators like this should not be allowed to keep running.

The bus was terrible, passengers were so annoying, mosquitos annoyed very much.
