Except pick up time and pick up place, rest all good. Onboarding experience is too critical due to 1 and a half hours delay, stuck at midnight 12:45 AM and no one on the road and surrounding. So much struggle with ladies during rain season also. Might be changed. Rest good behaviour of staff and speeds, good handling of passengers.

Delay from your boarding point to dropping point. Your staff did not announce entering Chennai to the last dropping stop. Customers face problems getting dropped at the actual stop.
