Bus was jumping like share auto. Driving was also not smooth. Very worst trip due to bus condition. It was not good.

Worst staff behaviour, bus didn't stop for restroom itself. Even though I asked, he didn't stop. When there was a driver change, he stopped the bus. Me and another girl passenger went by at that time only.

Worst service. No food availability if you are travelling from Ooty. You need to take food from home or hotel at Ooty; otherwise, fasting is the only option.

There was no option for minus rating, so giving 1. Zero staff courtesy, zero comfort, and zero professionalism. The staff member behaved rudely with my elderly father, showing no basic respect. There were no proper alternative driver arrangements either. Overall, it was a pathetic travel experience. The operator seriously needed to improve its staff behavior and passenger service. Would not recommend.

No water bottle was given. The driver did not pick up the phone even when the bus was one hour late. Did not understand Hindi or English.
