This time we did not have an easy journey, but had to face many difficulties and no special care was taken for cleanliness here, so we should not be made to travel like this again. Most of the passengers were on a bus that was a kool car and they were shifted to another bus. This is wrong.

No bus number, no location, driver contact given but the number was switched off. Another number was not answered by the driver even after multiple calls. Did not find the bus at the given location. Did not take the journey as the driver did not call to check if we were taking the journey or not.
